LABU FLUTES reserves the right to refuse any request and will inform users via email upon order acceptance. The contract is formed upon dispatch confirmation.

 (a) Our Contract: An acknowledgment email is sent upon order placement, confirming receipt. However, a contract is formed only when an email confirms dispatch.

(b) Pricing and Availability: While efforts are made to ensure accuracy, errors may occur. In case of a pricing error, users will be informed, and the order can be reconfirmed or canceled. Users who have paid for canceled orders will receive a full refund.

(c) Payment: A standard authorization check is conducted upon order receipt. The card is debited upon authorization, with the deposited monies considered a deposit against the goods’ value. The deposit serves as consideration once goods are dispatched.

 (d) Delivery: Delivery times vary, and costs are clearly displayed. International shipments are handled by DHL Express, and customers may be subject to import taxes and fees.
